Bootcamp



Nothing like you’ve ever experienced, the Kawana Fitness Bootcamps are 6-8 week challenges run over two or three mornings a week (depending on the time of year and participant preferences). Outdoor trainings sessions are run in various locations, and incorporate cardio and strength drills and exercises to produce an intense and challenging (but rewarding!) course. Run by two of the coast’s finest trainers, the sessions incorporate elements of the rigorous training involved in the armed services such as fitness drills, interval training, rope and metal bar work, tire and sandbag drags, stores carries, stretcher carries, obstacle courses and other team training activities.
